Ok, so I have two courts from two overlords. Each one having a single cryptek. Can cryptek one join overlord two and his unit, and cryptek two join overlord one and his unit?

There is no limiting factor as to which unit the IC joins after a member of the royal court joins a unit nor vice versa. So yes you can join them back and forth or even have both join the same unit and have both OL's join them as well.

Edit: So long as you follow the rules for which units a member of a RC can join.

You should rephrase the question so that it makes better sense. Maybe give as an example.

Crypteks can not join overlords. They can join any squad allowed in the royal court rules.

The Overlords can join whatever squad they want.

Also, just an additional point, since your crypteks are from two different courts they could join the same unit.

Only one member of a RC can join a squad.

IC's can join any unit they with some limitations like, vehicles, MCs units of 1 etc.

so in your example you have:
OL-A and Cryptek-A
OL-B and Cryptek-B

C-B joins squad1 and C-A joins squad2.
You can also have both C-A and C-B join squad1 or Squad2.

The OL's can join either squad they wish or both can join Squad 1 or 2.

Also, if any Crypteks do not leave the RC they become their own squads and can be joined by both OL's or any one other IC.

To clear up the "MC's units of one" bit, that is saying that independent characters may never join units which only ever consist of a single model unless that model is also an independent character.

The way 40k-noob wrote it sounds like if you took a squad with 1 guy then no IC could join it.
