I've been watching it non-stop for the past week and just about to finish the final season. It's like a Game of Thrones except it takes place in a prison. But there is rape instead of incest. :/
Yup. Own all the seasons on DVD. Pretty good show, though the last season is a pretty big let down IMO. Felt like they seriously ran out of budget and giving a gak, and the story just lagged. But all the other seasons were really good. We still call the actor that played Ryan, Ryan Poor fella
Aye, a really big fan of this show, was gutted when it got canned.
Thanks to this show Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje became a fave actor and I tend to keep an eye on anything he's up to. Can't wait to see him as Kurse in Thor the Dark World.

"That's not an Ork, its a girl.." - Last words of High General Daran Ul'tharem, battle of Ursha VII.

I didn't really care for the show after the third season, seemed like it just got repetitive at that point.
The show had a lot of talent that continues to get employment, notably the actor who played Ryan O'Reily (cuttthroat car insurance) and Dr. Nathan (Lt Laguertaa late of Dexter).

Yea Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje was AWESOME in that show and because of it, I do the same thing. But really, a BIG chunk of that cast has been everywhere, and many of them are big parts in shows and movies.
Yup. Couldnt agree more. The whole show is pretty damn good....until then. Like I said before, it just felt like everyone was on the way out, and no one really wanted to clean the tables and put the chairs away.
It's been ten years? Holy crap! I can't believe it's been that long.
Oz was basically my favorite show during my later high school years. I really enjoyed it, and I definitely notice the cast in other shows and films and think "Oh, he/she was in Oz!"
