So just as a personal Project im going to be converting a good chunk of my Current Army ( 2000 points worth ) into troops of Helgan from the Killzone Series games . I was looking for what combat styles they use as a whole , are they fully infantry or do they possess Mechinized Elements ? what is their Combat Doctrine ? and also what suggested Additions to a uniform that these men would possesss , Thanks Ahead

Mostly infantry, though they did make use of light tanks, drop-ships and Jetbikes in the first game (the one in which they were actually the invaders). You could represent that with Chimeras and Vendettas/Valkyries pretty easily, and Eldar allies if you wanted to run Counts-As Jetbikes.
You really only see the Helghast using Infantry. They do have jet-bikes, fliers, and light tanks however (and the light tanks are slightly anti-grav, more like skimmers, from what I have seen).
Your best bet here is to eliminate the jet-bikes as C:IG doesn't have anything that advanced (you could use RW bikes, or maybe an interesting Rough Rider proxy). For the Helghan Tanks, I would use Chimeras since they have been shown to have a small transport capacity on top of the fact the IG don't have any non-transport light tanks. Valks can be the fliers, and possibly with Vendetta's being Helghan Gun-ships (which, I have also seen in the second game).
Infantry appearance? Off-World infantry (like in the first game) are shown wearing what looks like normal black uniforms, black armor/helmet, and a gas-mask with red accents. On-World (like the second game), they seem to wear long black trench-coats over their armor and uniform, the typical gas-mast/helmet set-up although some wear their mask only around the mouth with an open head (usually wearing a cap though). Think of a cross between the Steel Legion and DKoK for uniform conversions/design.

which of the helghast forces do you want to represent?
Helghast 3rd army (best trained and equiped, all vehicles are hover)
Helghan regular army (tracked vehicles)
Stahl Arm's Private military (Arc Rifle/cannon, better training and equipment than the regular army)
what the infantry look like
Spoiler:
3rd army/regular army
Stahl arm's Private military
for vehicles/weapons:
Helghast tracked apc= Chimera with HB turret/hull
Helghast Tank = Leman Russ Exterminator (auto cannon represents the rocket pods and the HB represents the Coaxil machinegun)
Helghast Overlord dropship = Valkyrie with HB sponsons
there combat doctrine would be similar to the Combat Doctrine of Nazi Germany with modern day applications.
i'll comeback with more later

This is inall Accounts the most useful -- hightly apprecaited , i tend on using the alien Sun stormtroopers as my Helghast while throwin a differnet blend of upgrades on them , I think what ill be going for is a Standard Helghan Army Group with support of some Stahl Arms Troops

You're implying he is just gonna get lazy with it. Obviously, if he asked us for information about everything then he wants to do more than just a black paint and a cheap gas-mask. If they guy wants to do it, then let him do it. Coming onto a thread where he is asking for research then saying "don't" is pretty bad forum posting.
I second using the Shock-troops for the base. I have plenty of them, and they are nice models. They even come with some of the capped troops which look like the shock-troops in the quoted picture. I put some bits from the Cadian infantry set (like the belts and back-packs) on some of them, and it came out really nicely. Even the weapons really don't need any Cadian arms, since the basic rifle you get in the set looks nice enough.

They also prohibit the use of 3rd party parts on their models. The only time this ever comes into play is in a GW store, and since they're closing down bunkers and converting everything to 1 man introductory stores with no gaming space, not to mention dropping official tournaments, who really gives a crap?
And who here actually gives a damn about GWs home-spun, marketing-motivated, completely un-enforcable "rule"?

They're getting rid of the gaming space in their stores? No one is going to use their stores, ever, if they do that. All people will buy from FLGSs because there won't being any point in buying from GW.
As a discussion grows in length, the probability of a comparison to Matt Ward or Gray Knights approaches one.

Thats what they've been doing. I was at a store that was getting rid of all their tables.

This sounds like a bad ass conversion. And recently due to the change in command at GW the big wigs from the offices went around and surveyed all the stores. Thankfully my local store had enough people and brought in enough sales to stay running and not be downsized.
