Straightforward, what would you change to make Corbulo a HQ choice?
I think he would require 1 more wound and a 5++ at the very least for a point increase.

I would think Corbulo on a jetpack would be a scary scary prospect (and maybe a little OP as his footslogging nature sets him apart from other choices)
Would EW be too much?

yes, EW is too much.
He's a special character, you don't really get to change his options.
And being able to take a super priest in a slot that's already either mediocre for Blood Angels in addition to sanguinary guard?
Unless he's another 200+ point Blood Angel HQ, there's no real way to make it work. Him being an elite is fine. He's not a leader of the chapter.

I meant to say Red Thirst on a 1-3 D6 roll, like Astorath.
Maybe that might be too much though.

I really like this guy, I'd love the idea of him been turned into a HQ with some expanded rules.
Make him about 160 Points.
- Keeps his current abilities.
- Add a 5+ Invul
- Add +1 Wound
- Add units who roll Red Thirst gain Feel No Pain in addition to the current benfits. (No modifer on the dice)
- Modifiy his divination ability, The controlling player may reroll a single dice once during each of his own turns. (quite powerful but this would be the only real reason to take him)
I'd love to say expand the range on his chalice to 12" as well but it would bump his points up quite a bit more.
No jump pack option.
No EW
