Is this book exclusive to GW stores? Trying to find it local before I order or drive an hour.

It is exclusive to mail order. If your store can get mail order items (for a lesser profit marge), then they can get this book.

Don't bother with it imo. It's just a "collectors item" hardcover short story that's so short it may as well be a pamphlet instead of a book. It's a story that deserves to be told in an Eldar omnibus or anthology book, not on its own overpriced like that.
