Hi guys, i am in a dilemma here, I cant find plastic glue anywhere. The only place i can get it is at my local retailer which is about an hour and a half away from me and they only sell citadel glues which im not really impressed with. Any help is welcome.

Why are you specifically looking for plastic glue? Honestly I wouldn't recommend it. Super glue would work just as well.

Use super glue the GW plastic glue is terrible.

Testor's plastic glues should be available from many online resellers. They have several different formulations available. I've liked every one I've tried (though different formulations work better for different purposes). Depending on where you are, the shipping may be less (or more) than your time and expense driving somewhere.

Order something online, don't use super glue with plastic glue unless it's super strong. I'm seconding Testors, but Tamiya glues are also pretty good.

Superglue does not bond polystyrene models as well as plastic glue does.

I like superglue as well rather than plastic glue myself, but I'd say hit up Amazon.com and get it by Wed or Thur.

If you change your mind, hit the hardware store and grab some Loctite super control gel...

Hobby Lobby or Michael's should have it, firedrake. I've also found it at Wal-Mart. You could probably find it at Toys-R-Us too, or any place that sells model cars. In all of the aforementioned establishments, I've found the plastic glue not in the section with the other glues, but instead in the model cars section.

That being said, for gluing plastic to plastic, I cannot recommend plastic glue highly enough. If properly applied (due to the obscene humidity where I live, it takes clamps and several hours for me) it will form a bond that will outlast superglue by a mind-boggling amount. The only times I've ever seen a joint that had been done with plastic glue break, the force applied was enough to have broken the mini even if it had been one solid piece from the get-go, so no kind of glue would have saved it.

If you are going to do superglue, I recommend pinning almost everything. Sure, it takes longer, but it's easier with plastic than with metal, and it's worth it in my opinion.

In any event, good luck with your minis, and I hope this helps.
