I just had my order canceled at Wayland games because they aren't allowed to ship Gw out of the EU so now I'm in need of another store with as good of a discount. Any ideas?

Dunno about sellers for the US guys but have they been shipping to the US previously? If so that would seem to confirm a rumor about a new embargo that's popped up over in the news and rumors forum and ticked off us Aussies.

Yea I think your right. From what I understand they are no longer allowed to ship out of the EU. Which is a huge bummer because they had the best prices.

I've ordered from both stores and have never had a problem.
I second the War Store. I only live 20 minutes away from them. Best bunch of guys around. Also, they work in a barn:

I know of online shops in the US that offer 25% off GW stuff. Miniature Market, comes to mind. There was a thread a while back about a place in Georgia that had a larger discount. I do not know how reliable such shops are. Even mail order places need to pay the bills.
You get the best deals on used miniatures. Surprisingly, you can find people who get rid of recently released stuff.
However, my advice is, if you play in a store, buy from the store.

To everyone saying to get it from GW I buy things regularly from my local gw store. But when I have a set amount of money and would like to buy an entire army at once GW is not worth it. Automatically Appended Next Post: I just sent an email to front line gaming.
Does anyone have experience with dice bucket?

I would never suggest anyone buy direct from GW if you have any other options

Hi guys, my name's Richard.D and I work in Operations at Wayland Games
Unfortunately due to the current Games Workshop trade terms, we're restricted from selling Games Workshop products outside of the EEA. We try to make our customers as aware of this fact as possible, with the following legend in each product description;
'Ships To: Due to the GW trade terms we regret to inform customers that we can only ship this product to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, BFPO Addresses, Bulgaria, Channel Islands, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Orders of this product to countries other than those listed will result in the item being cancelled from the order and your payment for it refunded.''
If an order is placed from anywhere other than these countries which contains Games Workshop product, our system automatically cancels and refunds any Games Workshop products. We have not shipped any Games Workshop products outside of the EEA since these trade terms came into effect.
We stock a large and varied number of ranges - from historical to sci-fi, from 10mm to 54mm - it is only Games Workshop products on which we are restricted.
Thanks,
Richard.D

PM me for his contact info. I just did an order from him last week, Land Raider ran me $52 among other things that I got.

As no one has mentioned Chaosorc yet, I will. And as they get their stuff through a distributor they even have an online shopping cart. I've ordered about two grand worth of stuff and have been happy so far.

Count me as another Warstore guy. I've ordered from any number of places - FRPGames, various eBay sellers - but Neal at the Warstore is the best, most reliable /consistent service I've seen in the online retail business (and not just games)

Another happy customer of Neal at the War Store. It might not be the deepest discounter available, but he has fixed rate shipping, a huge selection of stuff, and he's always been a stand-up guy to deal with.
Heck, I'm middle-aged, and my mother calls Neal (she actually asks to speak with him!) if she wants to surprise me with a Warhammer box for Christmas or my birthday.
Give him your money.

I'm fond of Miniature Market myself,
25% discount,
Free shipping on orders over $99
Moneyback on purchases (i.e. a points system)
A large "clearance" section that frequently has some good stuff in it.
I've nothing against the Warstore, and use them occaisonally (they have a wider range of products than MM). But they don't offer any of the above.

I have used both The War Store and Miniature Market and i have stopped using The War Store because MM is just better. They ship faster than TWS, the discount is better and you get free shipping. I only used TWS if i absolutely have to and even then i am never thrilled to.
Chaos Orc is really great too because they have OOP items or lager discounts on Flames of War.
I have had too many problems with The War Store to ever warrant me using them on a regular basis again.

I used to use Chaos Orc before discovering Miniature Market. I've gotta throw my hat in the MM ring for the reasons Schmapdi posted above. They ship pretty fast, too.

A few months back I was among TWS's fans. Great experiences for years but not happy with the current process.
Might see what MM has going.

For me, TheWarStore and Miniatures Market are super-reliable and I've never had problems with either after 10+ orders from each.
Both carry GW.
WarStore tends to have better customer service (I like asking questions via phone) and a wider variety of other games/supplies. Miniatures Market tends to have better discounts and more non-wargames.

i find TWS to have horrible CS, i have been lied to more than once over the phone (the story even changed within an entire conversation once.) I don't mind waiting when i place an order and i know part of it is on back-order. what i DO mind is when the part of my order that has said "IN STOCK" and allocated to my order for over a WEEK is all of a sudden out of stock and now is on back-order. Good job on selling part of my order to someone else, so i'll cancel my order with you and get it somewhere else for less and oh look its in my hand before yours.

MM has really good shipping times even for my orders on the East Coast. I find with most online sellers, if you phone the order in at a reasonable time (usually before lunch) there is good chance it will go out same day.
