Hell, the Khador half of the two-player box is identical to the normal stand-alone one. Same with Legion of Everblight in the Hordes one.
And stuff.

The two player boxes have everything from the faction starter box, plus an additional unit for each of the factions in it. The extra units are generally around $45 if you were to buy them separately.
I believe the sets in the two-player box are 20 points.

The Protectorate of Menoth half of the 2 player box is different from the single player battlebox.
It drops the Revenger light jack for a Vanquisher heavy

A big trade up, if I might add. The Vanquisher is one of Protectorates rock-star Heavies. The revenger is kind of an edge-case Arc Node.

It was mostly in response to the quesiton on whether "just warjacks from the two-payer set are matched to normal battelboxes." Which the Khador half is identical to. As noted above, the Protectorate one is different though.
Both halves are indeed 20ish points.
And stuff.

If you are only playing 35 point games and have maybe a total of 50 points of models, sure.
But if you are regularly playing 50 point games and have 150-200 points of models you are looking at a comperable cost to warhammer.
Thats like saying
If youre playing competitive 1850 WH games, and have about 2500 points of models, sure
But if you are regularly playing 2500 point games and have 7500-10000 points of models you are looking at a comperable cost to ... buying a car?
