Im starting an allied force for use with my DA army. Im torn between DC BA or BT. Any suggestions?

I've used BA a few times. Ran a RW force, and instead of DW termies dropping in for support some BA ASM squads come down. Works...kind of well. Ever considered SW?

Iv'e never really considered SW to be honest, though with the rivalry between them and the DA it could be interesting to use them together.

IG is always a good SM ally.

But if I wanted to use assault marines with my DA, I'd take BA allies instead of DA assault marines.

I like the idea of using Black Knights with rad grenades to reduce toughness 6 creatures down to toughness 5, then insta-kill them with tau Railguns...

Go for death korps, thematically and visually they fit very well together, both are atoning for a sordid past and both are obsessed with wiping the stain from there honour, most importantly they look great together

Also IA: 5 Yeah we have worked nearby each other before.

Two Marine armies as allies? I don't know. I'd rather take IG or even Tau as already said. They can complement the army well with some very shooty units while DA units can go for the enemy's throat.
