Can an infiltrating unit, infiltrate on top of a bastion, provided it meets all other criteria for infiltration?

IIRC they could even go into the bastion if they wanted.

A unit with Infiltrate can be in a vehicle when they do so(although the vehicle must have the rule as well)

Scouts is the same deal.

Being in the Bastions would also put them out of LoS so the distance restriction wouldn't matter(you don't ever have LoS to the occupants of a transport)

It specifically says that if you infiltrate in a building the whole building must be more than 12" away from the nearest enemy.
