I would be inclined to mix in some plasma for your bikes for some MEQ shredding, but, other than that it looks solid.
I struggle with Darkshrouds, I'm just not a fan, but I can understand why its in the list

i dont need plasma cause with so many wounds from the banner of devastation there is no need for plasma to kill termis and marines. The dark talon i need for the same reason it will hover strike over the banner and shoot those 24 twinlinked balistic skill 5 bolter shots which combined with the rad grenades can devaste many things. Ithink darkshroud is mandatory thnx for replies

After playtesting the banner of devastation in a couple of games, i have found it to be a bag of hot air. Looks awesome on paper, not so much on the table.

Id get melta on all the Ravenwing squads no need for plasma as the Knights have that and the banner becomes redundant.
Darktalon is meh.
Why no 2nd grenade launcher on the Knights? Also why no power maul on the Sergeant? ID cc attacks at initiative is awesomesauce!
I would add another HQ to the command squad to keep it alive better and give further buffs. Making it invisible is hilarious with a Libby. For me this is a much better spend than the darktalon.

It works out for Landraiders though, as long as they have that PFG along for the ride on a techmarine they always shoot 24 shots a turn! Definitely awesome in play.
