Like it says in the title. If I have Immortals in my night scythe, and said scythe explodes, can they come in through a monolith portal?

Yes, the only restriction is on deep striking, any other form of arrival is fine.

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).

Could you point out where that restriction is at? I thought I vaguely remembered something about that, but when I started hunting for it, I couldn't find anything. It's been a long time since I put a Mono on the table.

Deep strike can only be declared during deployment.

I think I was reading his response wrong. I thought he was saying that if you had a unit in reserves that was declared to be deepstriking, you couldn't instead use the monolith portal to put them on the board. I see no restriction against that.
Re-reading what he wrote now, after reading your response, I can see he could be referring to disallowing a unit that was deployed in a Nightscythe which blew up from then using the unit's deep strike ability instead of walking on the board.
