Might sound a little bit sick but would anyone know what types of torture the Dark Eldar would do? And on a variety of races humans, tau, orks, necrons?

Due to GW's PG-13 nature it's rarely delved into, and it varies from Haemonculus to Haemonculus.

The various Saw films, Hostel, The Human Centipede, Hellraiser, Event Horizon, and 4chan should be able to give you an idea.
Let's just say something along the lines of inserting a serrated metal blade into your nether regions while flaying the skin from your face and slowly ripping off your fingernails would be extremely mild for them.

Whatever works best. It likely would vary from individual fears/personality and the haemys preferences. Could be as clean as making the individual live through their fears or messy as flaying them alive.
They are dark eldar so variety is everything.

Ode to A Haemonculus
To the tune of Across the Line
In this pitch black
Hell city
There is a little room where
You can
Come meet me
And my collection of knives
I like stabbing
And flaying
And tearing the skin off your face
Until your body
Is broken
I'm pulling my sharp blade to the side
You had better say all your goodbyes
I'll laugh as I tear open your mind
Sweating
And shaking
Lying with your flesh torn off your chest
Bleeding out
Your hatred
As electrodes shock your eyes
Your fingernails
Are torn out
And I immolate you alive
Until your screams fill
The chamber
I'm pulling my sharp blade to the side
You had better say all your goodbyes
I'll laugh as I tear open your mind
TL;DR: Don't get captured by the DE.

I would think stuff like vivisection (without anesthesia of course) would be the norm, cutting off limbs, maybe also some fingernail pulling and putting various things up various orifices. Basically anything seen in the movies Hostel and Saw.
As for mental torture, I have no idea, though it is probably far worse than the physical.

Dude no bestiality on the boards...Mon'Keigh should only provide pain.
Actually most of the stuff from saw would probably only be used on the ones they want to get rid of. The majority of torture should ideally leave them intact enough and alive enough to be tortured for a few decades so as to provide the pain to feed Slaanesh instead of the eldar soul. The dark eldar at the base of it are not actually torturing for fun it is like eating for them; can be really fun but is also entirely necessary. Of course if it is a Mon'Keigh or Orc then they could always get more so Saw away.

Ever read Dune?
Pain by nerve induction.
Cause pain without causing damage.
Less messy, plus the victim isn't killed in the process, so you can continue indefinitely.
Knives and hot irons are just so primitive....

Torture by itself is primitive. Just have a Sanctioned Psyker or a Librarian rip the information from the subject's head. Otherwise, just kill the filth.

They have ways to keep you coincious and feel every bit of pain without you going in to shock for hours and such
