Ordnance weapons vs swarm templates if i recall causes double wounds?

Page 84 Nid Dex Clearly answers this question.

If you mean blast markers, then:

Look up the rules for swarms P. 43 Clearly answered there.

That was just such a great way of answering questions... page references then do the work for yourself. Oh my god, I think I'm in love.

But seriously, He said it right.

Thanks for the answers but i do not have a nid codex. The reason i ask is vs a nid player i get it down to 1 wound and then on his turn it got 1/2 or more its wounds back. Then it rolls something of mine and try again and bring it down to 1 again. Well you get the idea now, 4 lascannons could not bring it down at all.

Hard to look up rules with no book in front of you or in the immediate area.

You are playing a game and do not have the books handy?

If you are not playing a game then why can't you wait until you get to your books to look it up?

P.S. This site can get in trouble if we post rules ad nauseam

I will look up one of the rules i asked when i get home. The one concerning regeneration i don't play nids and don‘t have the codex. But I will wait till i can ask one of the nid players to barrow their codex. Cheers

P.s. not looking for word for word wording of rule, I have seen people help with interpretation of the rule.

You'd have to be extraordinarily lucky to go from near death to full health with Regeneration, I've given up on Regen completely having never managed to regain any wounds from it.

I have a peanut allergy. It's really inconsiderate.

5's don't help. Only 6's do.

5s work for It Will Not Die, but that's only 1 wound per turn.

Or Old One Eye.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

the word is SITE... the word you used describes a sense of the human body, not a web page.

P.S. may want to be little more helpful next time than assuming people are lazy

and yes roll for every wound

You have found a typo, congrats. (One that stemmed from severe drunkenness, as it was St. Patty's Day).

:Golfclap:

P.S. Teach a man to fish theory. If he knows where to find the information, the next time he is questioned he can show them exactly where the rules are in the book, rather than saying "Some guy on the internet said so"

Showing them the page reference is infinitely more helpful than just answering their question...

In the US it can be either.

In Ireland its Paddy, in the US. we use both Patty's and Paddy's.

No, it is not just a spelling thing.

Some places in Chicago use St. Patty's Day, and Some use St. Paddy's day to denote the same day.

It is a cultural thing.

Clearly, as you live in Ireland.

I still have some second or third cousins there, though I have never met them. (Though I plan on visiting in the next few years).

I find the whole dropping "u"s thing that the US does interesting, it's like they think that if enough people misspell something it somehow becomes the correct spelling, which only works for pronunciation.

As for St. Patrick's Day, we call it St. Patrick's in Australia.

The spelling thing was all Webster, he had some ideas about the need for an American language so spelled lots of words differently. English is defined by use, that includes spelling. Iron is the way it's spelled now despite the fact it was at one point Iern or Iorn.
