Subject: Chaos Boons, from shooting?

I was reviewing the Chaos Boon table, it mentions that "If an enemy character dies as a result of multiple wounds being allocated to it simultaneously, and one of those is from the champion, that champion still rolls on the Chaos Boon table."
So I was thinking, "Does that include shooting?" It appears that the only reference to close combat in that rule is the "Must issue and accept challenges".
Chaos players, review the rule and see if it does apply to shooting attacks. If Ahriman insta-gibs a Sergeant with Spontaneous Combustion, I think he would roll on the boon table.

Yes, you get to roll if you kill a character with shooting.
Remember those Precision Shots!

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
