Heres what im working with...

So far im making terrain for each of the gods, some neutral terrain and then a fortification. For the gods here are my ideas:

Nurgle: giant man eating rot-flowers
khorne: Sandstone mountains (faom carved) with waterfalls of blood and lakes of blood. (going to use red gel)
Slaanesh: Vaginas and tits everywhere on trees. Kinda like the woods of the suicides from Dantes Inferno for those of you lit nerds out there. Trees with vaginas. lol
Tzeentch: Gaping mouths and warped faces will litter the battle field. Sets of random jaws and twisted limbs will be bigger terrain.

Neutral: Obelisks with tentacles wrapped around them with eyes for suckers.

Fortification: My converted warp pad. Going to be held up 3" off ground like normal. Will have tentacles coming out and will also have a section of tentacles that can be attached for the "fortified" position the building can transform into.

Heres the order in which im working on this. Also I will be taking pics to document and show how I did all this.

1: Warp Pad
2: God Icons (to get theme going)
3: Obelisks
4: More Warp pad work.

Heres whats WIP:

Looks awesome! Loving the sound of the Wood of Suicides, loved the game too, so many hours wasted...
How are you doing the obelisks and sandstone pyramids? Foam cutter or just craft knife and patience?

Knife and patience. Shouldnt be to hard. Take about 2-3 min for me to quick hack something and about nother 5 min to smooth it . I mean, the sandstone will have "skull-like" features. Imagine Moab with blood.... lots and lots of blood.

As for the Obs, Im unsure whether I should leave them obs and give the field and eerie temple vibe or add tentacles that make them look obscure as fk.

No tentacles. Maybe some rot or decals, pentagrams

I'd agree, no tentacles. Maybe some vines and creepers, and possibly a few cracks, with eyes or fangs emerging from them, but even those should be applied sparingly.
