Alright, first off, you need the Deffkoptas to fly together. Edit that list to:
3 Deffkoptas, TL Rokkit Launchas = 135 pts

Drop one power klaw armed Nob from the first one. That saves you some... 75 pts? Go have fun with that.
Drop one big choppa armed Nob from the second one. That saves you 55 pts. Just saved you 130 pts. Enjoy.

Consider investing in a warbuggy or two.

Take some Lootas with a Mek or two.

Think about some Stormboys. Not nessasarily the best idea, though...

My humble opinion. Enjoy.

I like the idea of the stoboyz and the buggies... but i also want to have large groups of nobs on bikes. do you feel it's imperative to cut them?

thanks for the tips!

It would be much much much better to have them separate and have them fly close to each other than to have them in one squad.

Say for instance a squad of 10 bolt gun tac marines shoot at the squad of 3, there is a chance that all 3 can die, lowish chance but it can happen. Make them separate squads and only one can die to the same 10 tac marines

You have some spare points, why not give a big choppa to one of the nob bikes without one, or something to the big mek?

Not sure the mek is totally needed. Even with the KFF, the trukks are going down. Another bike boss or more bikes might be better.

Looks good otherwise

i like it..
but whats the point of the KFF??
the trukks are going to die regardless. and theres nothing else for it to cover... everything else will be flying across the board.

The KFF meks okay, but no sure way to save trukks. Keep the koptas separate, its not often all three will be wiped out at once. What is highly likely is 1 will die, they take a Ld test on a 7 and fail, then they're effectively gone.

What I think would work best is to loose the mek and a standard nob biker from each squad. Then with 185ish points get 10 lootas and spend the rest on big choppas for the other biker nobs. However if you dont want any static components in your army take another 152pt trukk squad instead of the lootas.

6 is sorta the upper limit for how many bikers you want in one squad as beyond that they get too expensive and the extra models don't contribute much damage wise as they become a bit overkill (typically) so they're just reduced to boosting the wound pool. A squad of 5's still good, and 10 lootas would contribute significantly more than 2 bikers+mek. The main appeal would be to get some anti air in there, atm you can really only ignore fliers but that wouldn't work so well since you're a speed army and lack the wounds of a horde army to absorb them. Even so the right fliers would still mince hordes.

If your attack is going too well, you have walked into an ambush

The easy way is always mined

Well, i just purched two dakkajets. i am thinking of loosing the big mek with kff, and a nob from each bike squad. along with that the three koptas. that should give me enough points for the jet and keep me from getting diced by other flyers. make sense?

I would kind of drop the KFF big mek, exchange out some nobs from the bike squads and exchange out the Reinforced ram on the trukks with the actual Red Paint jobs rules in there (Unless you already counted them in there, then I am being an idiot then). If you can, try to get your Dakkajets from dropping what you do not need and/or Lootas if you can.

That is my humble opinion though.
