If an item, such as the WoC Blasted Banner, halves the strength of an attack which was an odd number, do you round up, round down or roll for it?

Down, defined very early on in the BRB

OIddly this is the opposite of 40k, where you always round UP....

I do the same thing. That's also why I have the BRB in PDF so I can look it up quickly.
