so I heard that wayland had a 30% discount on the new Tau models, so I ordered just a few things. only after I ordered and sent payment did I learn that they apparently cant ship 40k to the US. is this still the case? if so is there any way for me to manually cancel my order? thanks for any help anyone can provide.

are you going to keep talking about it, or do something already?

Well on the WG site, it says: "Orders of this product to countries other than those listed will result in the item being cancelled from the order and your payment for it refunded."

So I would guess that they would do it for you?

Imperial guard: Because quantity has a quality of it's own.

Sisters of Battle can be used in any game, with the exception of chess, Monopoly and of course, Warhammer 40,000.

After 8 editions, you might have thought that GW could get fantasy right.

Couldn't you, in theory, order via a friend in the UK and he then sends the stuff to you on his own? Only works with someone you know REALLY well of course.

While this is possible, it's probably not practical. Overseas shipping rates have increased substantially recently. Unless Wayland does free shipping inside the UK (I don't know if they do) the double shipping is likely to eat any of the savings. Even with single shipping, if it costs 10% of the order, you may have well just ordered from The Warstore and gotten them many weeks sooner.

Or you need an American servicemember who's stationed at one of the bases in the UK. Then he can just pop it in the mail at domestic rates.

Wayland are a UK company and due to GW trades agreement they cannot post Games Workshop products outside of the EU. Anyone withing the EU however, can order from UK vendors.
