C&C welcome, I'm afraid it's only one photo for the time being.
If you want to know an easy way to do those oranges and yellows, I will be doing a concise tutorial on painting up bright colours from glazes soon. I'll keep you posted.

I think they look good! Maybe the highlights on the orange look a little chalky but that's just my opinion.

It may be that it's 3am, but I don't know what you mean by chalky?

I mean sort of a bit pale, kinda like if they'd been highlighted using chalk (it was a pretty terrible way of describing it in hindsight).
From the looks of it they look like an orange + white mix, maybe orange + yellow instead or use a yellow glaze over the top of the existing highlights?
(that's if you feel the same about the highlights, if you don't feel free to disregard this )

I think they're pretty rad man! My only cc would be to make sure you paint the jewels so that they pop!

I think they are good, knowing they are wash/glaze painted. Obviously this type of painting will not let you do certain things, but if getting an army done fast that looks good on the tabletop is all that matters then its a wonderful technique.
I know I'd rather see painted in any fashion over unpainted!

I may just try that, actually. Thanks.
