Rules says that failing a charge immediately ends the activation of the charger.
I understand that ranged attacks provided by Assault still are made, because the ability specifically says so, but what about effects that takes place at the end of activation? (ie. Sprint, or 5" move for light cavalry).
Also, what if some warriors in a Unit fail a charge, while others don't? I should terminate activations on a per-warrior basis?

No, those "end of activation" abilities are now actually use during the model activation so they can't be used after a failed charge.

Yes, failed charges are decided on a per model basis.

Yes, if you have a failed charge and have a gun with Assault you still make the shot. Its a pretty common tactic for Reckoners to fail charge forward to get another 3" of threat on their gun.

If its a unit the models that don't make it with their charge move will Run, at least thats my understanding.

Grey Templar, you are unfortunately incorrect. A model fails a charge after the movement, so they don't get to go any farther then their SPD +3. What you are confusing things with is that models can either charge OR run when they make a charge order.

"So, do please come along when we're promoting something new and need photos for the facebook page or to send to our regional manager, do please engage in our gaming when we're pushing something specific hard and need to get the little kiddies drifting past to want to come in an see what all the fuss is about. But otherwise, stay the feth out, you smelly, antisocial bastards, because we're scared you are going to say something that goes against our mantra of absolute devotion to the corporate motherland and we actually perceive any of you who've been gaming more than a year to be a hostile entity as you've been exposed to the internet and 'dangerous ideas'. Individuals in a unit can charge while others can run. Models from that unit that charged and failed, lose remaining actions but the models from that unit that ran, could still perform any actions that they could still do after running.

A model can't take any actions after running without a specific rule on their card that says otherwise.

If you fail a charge, your activation immediately ends, thus triggering end of activation abilities. And, as others have said, you can charge some models in a unit, and run the others. It's easier to think of it as a run/charge order.

Yes, but if you run some models then they can't use some abilities that occur at the end of an activation. For example a silverline stormguard unit leader cannot fire his electrical blast-thing if he runs while the rest of the unit charges. There was a recent thread on it on the PP forums.
