OK, so this is my first attempt at making a list. I have very few of the appropriate minis in this list, so once the list is concrete I'm going to be buying/ converting specifically for it. Because of that I'm pretty flexible on all of this, so let any and all criticisms fly. The one thing I want to stick to is that even though this specific list is pretty Nurgle heavy, I want it to be a Chaos Undivided army.

HQ:

This was originally supposed to be an "Anti-Loyalists" list, but with the changes that I've had to make I decided to change it to more of an "All Comers" list. I've taken VotLW off of everyone. I've taken away all the Melta bombs that the various champions had.
This way I can include the 2 Heldrakes and own the skies, if I have anyone spamming fliers I've got the Oblits, Havocs, and Icarus cannon to take them down.
I went with the icarus instead of the quad gun because of the additional armour penetration and if I'm going up against armored vehicle spam instead of fliers I can put it somewhere it'll have long lines of sight and clear one side of the board from heavy support threats. I can also keep at least one objective completely defended with the lascannon and 4 autocannons.

You could try giving the plague marines either plamsa gun or melta gun, not both. This is better because you can target one unit and do damage than to waste one gun while using the other and visa verca. I'd go with both with double plasma guns as they are walking and may never be in range for the melta gun to work.

If you get rid of a few upgrades you can give the bikers a meltagun and get the plasma guns for the plague marines.

If the chaos lord is going with the bikers you may want to beef them up, otherwise they will die and so will the lord.

I'll have to look into what options I can put on the bikers. I guess I was counting on Toughness 6 to have them weather the storm.

I also did the math on a second option, I can strip away VotLW from all the units, reduce some unit sizes and that would give me enough points to get a second Heldrake.
Should I go that direction instead?

Do you mean scrapping the upgrades and the cultists and adding another unit of Plague marines? Relying more on the number of boots on the ground instead of the better leadership, etc. granted by VotLW?

Plague marines are fearless. I think you and qw would want to buy another drake instead. IMHO I would rather have more troops occupying as many slots before I increase squad size.

OK, I revamped some things last night, the original post has been revised with the new list.

The black mace is a nice weapon for sure, but it really only shines when equipped on a daemon prince. On a lord it's just AP4 and that's just not worth it's cost, give him an power weapon and give yourself more points for the rest of your army. I would also make smaller groups of plague marines and take more groups. They are pretty tough little marines and one of their advantages is taking two special weapons per 5 man squad. So make three groups of 5 and you can have 2 more plasma guns.
