Ok... So can you shoot a unit with your FW, then use their marker light after all the shots? Since your not allowed to benefit from your on marker light

All the shooting from the unit counts as simultaneous, so you can choose to toll the marker light first, last, or if you have different coloured dice, at the same time. But the firing unit itself may not benefit from its own marker light hit.

Basically this, as long as you don't begin shooting with another unit before you have fired the units markerlights they can be done at any time.
