Boom! Leman Russ Commander

Markerlights in your opponents phase?
So, by the wording of markerlights, they cancel on the end of that phase - so if I have a unit of pathfinders overwatch against a charging unit, they can potentially lay down a markerlight or two, then allow the next squad to overwatch on that shooting.
Pinpoint can be used for Overwatch, the Markerlight rules say so.

Least untill the FAQ returns saying markerlights dont affect overwatch like the last one said.
But, that FAQ is removed entirely and nothing has carried over. So, totally legal. Just dont point those laser pointers at any planes, its against the LAW!!

And why would any new FAQ go against the codex that specifically states markerlights improve overwatch (Pg. 68).

Wouldnt be the first time they've FAQd something that should be an errata not a faq.

Sure, but I can't remember an instance off the top of my head where they've FAQ'd a rule which explicitly says "yes, you can do x", to say "no, you can't do x".

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
