@Vik, the stretch goals for Black Plague gave us exclusive figures that won't be in retail later on. Some of the better ones were Troy and evil Troy (good and bad Ash from army of darkness) and tim the enchanter along with King Arthur and the Knights from Monty Python and the holy grail. the NPC-2 box is a box of "special" zombies you get extra points for killing and you get to pull "special" cards for weapons/upgrades. NPC stands for Notoriously Plagued Individuals. They just announced that one of the "Special" weapons available only in that pack is the boomstick, not sure what they called it, but it was similar.
@LDD, both of those kickstarters mentioned they would refund any individual 100% up to 60days after close of the campaign, and still refund after that just minus the 8-10% Amazon takes. I saw that route 666 game, but it was the wrong scale for me. Plus I've just gotten tired of the scifi stuff and the fantasy stuff is hitting me right now.

I need to get miniaturemarket to start carrying the clear litko bases. They order from Litko, so maybe I can special order some so I can really do up the Zombicide figures.

That was really good of them most don't offer any kind of refund, zombie obsession can't be a good thing how long will this craze run for LOL

Yes I know what you mean about route 666 it did put me off at first then I saw all the conversions that were being made and shown and I was hooked, plus 1/64 scale cars are cheap as chips mostly and great for converting so I was hooked.

After all the email exchanges between me and CMoN they said they would refund me, but then just emailed me saying that the packing slips have been printed today and it is too late. The wording on the email is terrible as the lady who sent it first says no, but then says that she is sorry that she can refund it today . I believe it was supposed to say can not or can't, but got screwed up.

Oh well I'll figure it out another way. I just need a knight pledge....but anything extra I can get will be icing on the zombie cake.

Sorry dude I honestly thought you struck gold with that, but to be honest all the Kickstarters do say no refund after funding.

Which kickstarter is it ? Maybe you could sell your pledge on I have seen a few people do this.

Just messing with you LDD, no harm done as I really like the figures they have produced, just after watching the video of game play it didn't seem as fun as what Black Plague. The kickstarter is Blood Rage, and I think I could sell some of the exclusives, they have a kickstarter only extra faction, and a few extras thrown in that will hit retail later separately that I might be able to pawn off, but I think I'll just use them as extras for Black Plague as they are produced by the same factory, will have the same bases and same scale size. Here's the pics (loading seperaty) I got everything except the kickstarter only Blood Rage Adrian Smith art book.

Beautiful models, and these are production proofs so all the details stay in/won't get lost. The giant wolf Fenrir (not Fenris) is large. A human sized figure doesn't even come up to its chin. The last two figures in my list there are both giants as well, I believe just larger than the fire giant (Aztec monkey looking flaming sword wielding beast higher up next to a human sized figure.

I think my total was $115.21 including shipping. Not bad for a game with around 100 figures of that detail level. I was originally skipping this but then the Conan Kickstarter that I went super heavy into said they would have scenarios which utilized the Blood Rage figures. So I went into that. Now I'm hoping that Conan doesn't kick me out

There's some really nice models in that game by the looks of it.

Do tell if you get something sorted on the litko/MM situation... I've got something like $80 with of bases I've gotta order soon... Keep putting it off, may as well wait out black Friday now

@giraffex, CMoN does excellent work taking artwork to miniature. They have Adrian Smith as one of their core artists, and tons of great sculptors. For single piece plastics you really can't go wrong with their stuff.

@Grimdork, just back from Mjniaturemarket. No go on special ordering from them. All that they will get from Litko is on their site already and they don't want to expand their product line. Oh well I guess they don't like money

Lots of stuff to do today. I'm going to try and squeeze some painting in eventually, but just worked at church for three hours. Have to make a run up to school to schedule my last class and fill out graduation papers. Run by Home Depot or Lowes for some things, mow the lawn and try and BBQ dinner tonight. so much for a day off.

You shouldn't have too much trouble moving the Bloodrage stuff Theo. Seems like many (most?) people bought it for the models alone, so now that it is known what the finals look like it should zip around pretty well.

Hell, I might look to buying a second one, though probably not for full cost, and you should be able to get that for a few weeks after you receive it.

I have to say the monster miniatures in that set is bloody gorgeous, shame they ain't available individually.

I use the thinner size... 1.5mm I believe. Last black Friday I think they had a 10-15% off sale. Barely enough to cover shipping on a large order but they don't seem to do many sales.

Well my creature caster pledge has been refunded. Well at least partially, the original pledge is somewhere in limbo, but the extra I put in has been refunded. Unfortunately the $CAD has dropped so I lost $8(real dollars) In The year since funding. The original pledge might have been refunded somewhere else (old card) or is taking longer due to the switch from PayPal to stripe. Either way there's my cash for a huntsman pledge at least for Zombicide Black Plague.

Special thanks to Kenny the project manager who has been great and is the only reason I think Jeremy Glenn hasn't been lynched yet.

Just finished a game of Empire Express with the Kids after having BBQ for dinner. I think the grass will live another day or two.

Well the grass is still long. Didn't feel the desire to play outside after working at church today and then still working at the hospital tonight. I'll get it I. The morning....unless it rains or......zombies. I finished a few more today (4-5) and had done some more yesterday (5 or so) which means this is the most productive I've been painting in years. These also have the added bonus of having a varnish coat on them so they are also THE most completed figures......EVER . I still need to bloody them up, and do so nurgle's rot weeping wounds in them. Clear bases will be a future project for these guys and skanks.

Also while bored I decided to look for Zombicide on a whim and found it cheaper through Target.com (well same price rough as miniaturemarket.com, but I think I still get 5% off with my Target credit card) or save a buck off of MM and order it through Walmart. Both are website exclusives and need to be ordered, but they both had free shipping. I might just wind up with the modern version of Zombicide after all.

No, he said he is using his Target cred as well as Wal-Mart, so saves shipping, as well bonus discounts

Target card also gives back 1% of your purchases to the school of your choice. So me buying more means my kids school gets more money and that way I'm buying stuff for them and a few hundred of their friends . I'm such a giving person .

Got the rest of my creaturecaster refund this morning . One of my girls had a friend sleep over last night, the house reeks of nail polish remover . Well off to start mowing grass, thunderstorms eminent. Run forest run.
