Hello all. Right. This is a theory list so... Please help. 1st though... My theory.
I have a woc tzeentch army. I have a fantasy demon army. Ive written up a cool khorne demon army with 2 bloodthirsters and 3 flying princes. And then i thought... Hey why dont i have one army per god... So to not go over the same units... Ive chosen a slaanesh csm lust. And i want to try the new models. id be making the DP from space marine artius from inquisitor with a jum0 pack as he fits the image of what list i want.
I did try the list with 30 marines in rhinos and a landraider but i was 70 pts over and EVERYTHING was close quarters. this may not be the mist competative but it could be fun

I think you should divide the Noise Marines in half so that its:
Noise Marines (5), 1 Blast Master
Noise (5), 5 Sonic Blaster
or go double blast master at 10 men.
Normally I would field only 5 Raptors with 2 spec weapons, but you are using IoE so it makes sense to have more bodies.
I like how you are doing a noisy gun line with a solid speed element. The strength is that you have so many, "ignores cover" weapons, but the prince is the only reliable tank hunter since it can smash. Even though blast master are S8, it is not ap2 or 1 and may scatter off with just a 3" diameter. So I would put melta guns on your raptors since you can still charge entrenched enemies and ignore cover that way.
Your DP needs a mark...I mean to be a daemon of a specific god. Also they are already 5++ invul save from being daemon so what is this aura of dark glory? I am not sure it improves the saves. MoT will improve the invul save to 4++.
What is your Forge Fiend and Heldrake taking?

The DP needs to be a daemon of a specific God ( in this case Slaanesh, Im guessing ), he cannot buy a mark of said God, so therefore he will not get the benefits of the mark.
So a DP of Slaanesh do not receive +1 initiative, and a Tzeentch one does not get an improved invul save.

Ah right sorry i didnt see that... Ok well ill edit the list in a sec... And ill add meltas instead of flamers to the raptora. I do like the noise marines in 10s... But i didnt think they could take 2 blast masters in 10? Automatically Appended Next Post: The heldrake has a baleflamer anf the forgefiend is just standard

Ya know ive been reading alot about daemon princes. Most would agree that wings, lvl 3, mark of tzeentch, power armour and ...the black mace is maybe the best set up. This guy rediculously excels in cc. You could drop the mauler and go back to forge or some diff ranged power (oblits, havocs are great too.) if ya got the points

Yea ive read thats the set up. But the post is for a slaanesh themed list... So... Tzeentch dont really fit...
Yea true i could go for the forge in stead of mauler. But i dont have the points after the 6 blastmasters. And i dont want oblits and havoks because "I want to use new models i havent used b4"
But i understand what your saying about rhe range. Id much rather use a forge than a mauler but i dont have the points :-\

If you are not playing a tourney then just bump up to 2.5k
You can drop the 8 Sonic blasters which is as much as a blastmaster.
The DP of Slaanesh still has fleet and so he can move even farther with the wings? I think that is still good if you want to fit the theme. Does Aura of Dark Glory still improve the invul save?

Agree with some of the previous comments in relation to the 3rd edit on the original list. The blastmaster and the sonic weapons are wasted in the same unit. Any requirement for the unit to target beyond 24" with the blastmasters and all those points invested in the sonic weapons are wasted.
The noise marines also need to stay still-ish to make the most of the sonic weapons. If you lost the gift of mutation from the units and some of the sonic weapons this could pay for a ADL + Quad gun to sit the noise marines behind.
I like the large units of raptors, presumanly these will (for plan A) bound across the board with the maulerfiend running.
I think I would consider reducing the size of the noise marine units to make way for another maulerfiend or something assaulty. The other thing to consider is you are only one troop choice awy from the double FOC which would open up more potential for another heldrake or to max out on other fast attack units.

No. Unfortunetly AoDG is a piece of wargear you buy for a model that doesn't have an invul save. Its not an upgrade to an existing invul save like Mark of Tzeentch is.
Unless you get the right psychic power (pyromancy - fiery form), I dont see how a DP is ever going to get an invul save better than 5+. That makes me a saaad panda.

You want either 6 or 10 per squad, and you want all sonic blasters OR max blastmasters and boltguns. The Blastmaster squads are going to camp back and krakblast and use the bolter bodies to soak wounds for them. The Sonic Blaster squads want to be mid-field and standing still, shooting all that dakka, maybe with a doom siren to make charging them costly.
6 man, blastmaster, no other upgrades, in or out of a Rhino
10 man, 2 blastmasters, no other upgrades, in or out of a Rhino
(the Rhino is being used for durability rather than mobility here)
6 man, 5 sonic blasters, add PW/ PF Doom Siren to taste, in or out of a Rhino
10 man, 10 sonic blasters, add PW/ PF Doom Siren to taste, in or out of a Rhino
(the Rhino here is for mobility, you are going to get out of it mid-field to bring the weight of fire, and park it to cut off LoS to the squad as needed)
IMO those are the ideal loadouts for Noise Marines.

Cut all the gift of mutations. Add 60 points of anything.
And as has been said- specialize squads for midfield (sblasters, sirens and spwer swords) or backfield (just blastmasters). I would still consider having a power sword on one of the backfield squads if you can squeeze it in because most armies will try and slip something behind you.
Im not against rhinos but i am against 1 backfield, imobile rhino. Its gonna give 1st blood for slim advantage.

Sonunits of 6/10.
Im not a huge fan of rhinos but i understand on the sonics it would be good to get closer. But surely... With 24" range they should be ok?
Also. I agree with dropping the gift for doom sirens.
But another interesting point is the whole double foc.
I could drop the units into 4 small of 6 and add in another heldrake/raptor unit.
Or if points are there for me. Drop the mauler for a forgefiend

Have you considered a slaanesh psyker? They can get nice powers that buff sonic weapons and since you seem to have a lot that could be useful
