pCaine has 2 pistols with RoF2. That means that I can shoot each once without expending focus. or can I fire both twice without expending focus? do I expend one to get two extra shots, or do I need to expend 2 a turn to make the most of his weapons? please help.

Oh, and his feat. . . Do I need to boost for each target or once for the lot?

Well with pCaine you get your two initial ranged attacks, then you can buy up to 2 additional ranged attacks (Assuming you have 2 focus).

For his feat, yes you need to boost for each person, but you can get the aiming bonus for the whole lot.

with eCaine it's the same, except you can buy as many additional ranged attacks as you have focus (so if you have a squire and pull from it, you can get 7 additional spellstorm pistol attacks)

...No. RoF 2 means you can buy 2 additional attacks, one additional with each pistol. Initial attacks count against RoF.

Yes, with ROF 2 you get one free initial and can buy up to one additional attack with a focus, so with two ROF2 pistols you can have up to 4 shots total.

ROF is the maximum number of shots you can fire during your activation (except for things that ignore ROF). You can get an extra shot from Reinholt, of course, as he ignores ROF, for a total of 5 shots from pCaine

eCaine with Reinholt and a squire can get 10 shots, two initial, 6from focus, one from squire's focus and one from Reinholt.

Reinholt is sneaky and does not have the attachment rule. So Warcaster + squire + Reinholt is legal.

Reinholdt is not an attachment.

You can indeed get up to 10 attacks. Don't forget to run a Ranger up there first so you're RAT 11 (despite the fact he's out of formation, his +2 does not get turned off).

If you want to be really cheeky you can charge the ranger (10" of move) then before your initial you can Gate Crash. You will lose 3 attacks but it gives you 18.5" of threat, the last 8.5" of which are a placement effect. And you don't lose your initial attack as your charge is successful (you just don't get a charge bonus- but with Gunfighter you weren't going to anyway).
