I'm not sure; I think I've only tried squid from that part of the seafood menu, and I was ok with it. Is it the arms of the cuttlefish or the mantle that are generally eaten, or both?

I also stop drinking soda. Just water, tea or coffee.

Things I cant eat:

1. anything grapefruit, it interacts badly with my heart medication.

2. peanuts or peanut butter

Garlic. Gives me the runs like there's no tomorrow.

Which is unfortunate, since I put it on anything I can.

I generally don't eat seafood at all apart from prawns and the occasional langoustine. I had scallops once. They were OK. I'm also really fussy about cheese - has to be really mild, and it MUST be melted. Also, I hate savoury cream sauces (like bechamel or whatever is in a prawn cocktail) when they are cold. Just a weird thing I have.

MGS, Vegetables do NOT go on pizza. If you are referring to the sauce, well remember that tomatoes are a fruit (but don't even think about putting them into a fruit salad!)

Besides which, I can't stand most fish and a lot of shellfish. Notable exceptions are shrimp, squid,eel and crawdads. I can tolerate some stuff but the smell alone usually makes me nauseated. I also dislike nori on sushi. Same thing. Smells and tastes atrocious. I wish people wouldn't hound me when I don't want to eat their stuff (and I try, hence why I enjoy certain things). The worst is "you've never had fresh fish". I've traveled to both coasts of the US and grew up on a river, watching people pull out fish and fix them up in front of me. Not interested.

I also can't drink most gins, anything too heavy on the juniper, since a .. rough night... way back in college. Other than trying to chug a bottle of cheap gin and waking up to a yield sign in my bathroom, was a pretty fun night.

Fish is meat too if you ask me. "it's not meat cause it swims" is dumb.

As for drinks... I will never drink Tequila ever again in my life after taking about 8 shots in as many minutes. Martini is also a no go after a mates birthday part where we drank a bottle each, then went clubbing/pubbing and then drank another bottle when we got back. Projectile vomiting yourself to sleep is pretty bad.

I can do pappa john about 5-7 days after chemo....thin crust only...that damn cinnamum apple pie pizza.....is to damn dangerous.

For me it's mushrooms, olives, and fish/seafood. With mushrooms and olives, I just cannot get past the texture - they just feel disgusting on my teeth. With fish and seafood, it's that little taste that seems to come attached to anything that comes out of water. It almost makes me gag trying to get over it.

It's nothing really like an onion... More like celery fused with licorice.

My won't eat list right now is about 3.5 items long. the .5 comes into I will eat fromage de tete in small amounts but not large slices. Its a texture thing on that.

As for flat out will not eat... Cantaloupe, Oysters and Durian.

I do not like Cantaloupe and will pass up mixed fruit if it is a componant. I might pick out the pineapple in said mixed fruit but that is only because it has a strong enough flavor to kill the evil that is cantaloupe.

Oysters are something I have given two attempts at. I tried them fried as a kid and didn't like them. about 20 years later I figured I might as well reevaluate them and split a dozen on the half shell with my girlfriend one night. I got extremely sick off my half dozen and vowed never again.

Durian isn't that common... thankfully. It is a SE asian fruit that has such a strong smell that most hotels and public transportation don't allow it in them in that region. I just tried it this past weekend. It is one of those extreme foods you hear about. It smels like rotting onions. It tastes like vanilla, Cantaloupe, and OMGWTF. Yes... that is about the best way I can describe the third taste going on... OMGWTF. The fact that it has that cantaloupe taste though was enough to make me spit it right the hell out.

I won't eat eggs in any variety, I'm not allergic, the taste does not bother me, it is just the texture.

Although apparently when I was very young, eggs was all I would eat

Sushi, had a bad bout of food poisoning from it and it was the fresh stuff, not those ****ty convience packages. The second one is KFC, had a leg that hadn't been cooked properly, since then I've gone off KFC.

Fennel has a strong aniseed flavor.

I've suddenly gone off chicken...

I have a complicated relationship with eggs. I was always a very fussy eater when I was a child but once and I can always remember my mother was feeding me some boiled egg and I have always liked egg, but that time I swallowed..... then just threw it all back up and since then I have never been able to eat egg properly. I can eat it fine but now its just wierd, there's no love in the taste, only sadness.

I don't eat fish much as I'm mildly allergic

Anything licorice flavored can go fornicate itself.
