So, once again I'm here asking your assistance (must be 3rd time in a week )

I'll just get straigth to the point. I'm going to play against chaos within 2 weeks. He will have 1000p + 200p of fortification and I will assault with my 1250 points.
We will only have one objective that the defender defends. Besides those we will count killpoints without warlord, linebreaker or first blood. Simple, and we both like it that way.
So this monday it was my turn to defend and even tough in the beginning it seemed that I would win, he won the game 5-4. (I believe his main thing was that he had 3 sorcerers in his army.)

And I was planning a list like this for my assault:

Here's some questions:
1) Librarian with Sternguard or Tacticals? Terminator armour/Epistolary uprgade worth it?
2) Should I take more Priests? To join Tacticals.
3) Should I buy TLLC for Predator?
4) I was thinking to change one of those Tac Squads to something more CC-orientated. Either Assault squad or two, or DC with Chaplain.
5) Transports for Tacticals?
6) Should I take more FA? Bikes or Land Speeders for example.

Criticism expected and appreciated.

I would upgrade the sanguinary priest for corbulo. He can absorb a lot of fire power as your sternguard come out of the droppod. I would also swap 1 of your tacticals to assault marines so they can assist the sternguard by turn 2. Having some fast attack would be awesome to go up with the assault marines. Be it melta on attack bikes or dual flamers on landspeeders. Changing the librarian to mephiston might also be a good to, depending on how much plasma your opponent brings. If no mephiston, I would put your librarian with sternguard to make your melta shots count, since your not worrying about slay the warlord.

I don't have the Mephiston model, but your other advices seem nice. What do you think, wich one is more useful here, 2x5 man Assault squads, or a single 10-man squad?

Since you're the attacker it makes sense to bring what Blood Angels are known for; Assault Marines. replace the Sternguard and Tacticals with three squads of assault marines with a flamer and melta gun with a power sword/fist sergeant will make a good assault force. Possibly replace the devastators for land speeders.

I might change the other Tactical Squad also, but I think I'll stick with the Sternguard. I have used them only few times, but with SP (or Corbulo) they can be pretty nasty thing for enemy to handle.

Please don't use speeders in 6th. They are just flying coffins. HP 2 AV 10 is terrible.

Bikes are tougher, I agree but since he has very little armor, I'm tryng to have a fast anti-infantry unit and attack bikes can't have flamer.

But since it's about killpoints, I agree that easy-kill units are asking for loss. So what about this list? I'm putting the librarian with tacticals because otherwise there would be 4 killpoints in the deployment zone of enemy (couting the DP)
