Well, a year from now the new Tyranid codex will have likely been out for a few months already. Probably that will invalidate many of the top notch units in the book and elevate many of the sub-par ones back into usefulness. So, imho, it's a lesson in futility to make a list for something that far out, given the current release schedule GW seems to be sticking to.

Your elites choices are solid. Pretty standard fare in that respect.

Both trygons do not need to be primes. One will suffice, and arguments can be made for not needing that upgrade at all on them.

The "dreaded" carnifex is way overcosted in this edition. With so many other big bugs around I just can't endorse taking one over, well, really any other t6 option in the 'dex.

Taking only a single tervigon will disappoint you. ~45% chance to pop doubles every time it spawns. Don't get me wrong, its a great unit with lots of utility, but you really need two of them.

Also, I like crushing claws on mine along with cluster spines. Gives a little extra anti-hoard and makes it a viable threat in CC. It gives me other options with the unit if it happens to double out on its spawning early in the game.

I have a hard time justifying taking a walking hive tyrant over the swarmlord. Especially with how you have kitted him out. You will need a tyrant guard, though. Typically you will want to roll on biomancy for his powers but the the 2-point powers in telepathy and telekinesis are great as well, if you can nab one of them.

5 genestealers will die before ever seeing combat. This is a unit you can cut to free up points. 6th edition really hammered 'stealers viability. Look for this unit to get major improvements with the next codex.

The same can be said for the raveners. 3 are just going to get shot to bits.

If it's walking you should be taking the Swarmlord. You're saving - what - 20 points with this build?
Even if you skip the Swarmlord you need at least 2 Tyrant Guard imo.

If you only have 5 stealers, cut them. They won't be worth anything besides proxying as Ymgarls.
Never, ever, ever take a Tervigon without AG/TS. Never. Did I say never? I also won't take them without all 3 psychic powers, but that's more of a personal taste.
The other two choices are okay - I'd like to see toxin sacs on the Hormies but that makes them too expensive.

The way a Carnifex is effective right now is in broods of 2, with two sets of twin-linked Brainleech Worms. That tore the piss out of people at Adepticon, because every army has light armored vehicles and monstrous creatures now.

As a 1-of, with Scything Talons, he's useless.

Hive tyrant can be better than the swarmlord as a support unit as he can give preferred enemy to all units in range, not just one. Also, don't overlook the benefits of a 2+ armour save and the ability to have a shooting attack.

Trygons I would try to squeeze the 10 points for toxin sacs. A rereollable 2+ to wound makes them very reliable.

CC carnifex doesn't work without a mycetic spore and even then I'd give him some kind of ranged attack.

Hormogaunts and genestealers are really lacklustre troops. Stealers can sit on a back objctive witohout synapse, but that's about it now.

3 raveners is too small a brood - get at least 5 or don't bother.
