Neither do normal Monstrous Creatures, which I can only assume the basis of this question is the belief that they do.

Monstrous Creatures can use "Smash" to strike at double their strength (max 10), and reroll armor penetration against vehicles.

Armorbane gives 2d6 armor penetration; most MCs don't have it by default, though several have the means to get it.
