Just finished my combat platoons for my Grenaderkompanie and thought I'd share. Enjoy!

And the Panther tank:

Very nice job man. I especially like the Infantry... I've seen lots of halfassed Infantry around the place (including mine ;_; )

It's funny you say that, I half assed my infantry until recently when I got a friend of mine into FOW and he painted up his troops beautifully. He ended up inspiring me to redo my infantry and I'm pretty happy with how they turned out.

Seriously, how do you people manage to paint that well with 15 mm miniatures? The infantry looks so clean!

From my experience in 15mm, it's actually a lot easier to make it look nice than 28mm. Washes and drybrushes work so well at 15mm

Which line of paints did you use? And which theater camoflage is that?

I also have some Panzergrenadiers from FoW and really need to get them painted, but can't for the life of me figure out how without Vallejo paints! XD

Very nice btw.

As with pretty much everything nowadays, I painted these with a combination of Vallejo and P3 paints with GW washes. I mostly went off the painting guide for grenadiers in the back of the Grey Wolf book, with my own little changes. I found German Fieldgrey to be too dark, so I used Vallejo Green Grey instead (model colour 101 if you're interested), which I then hit that with Nuln Oil, then dry brushed Green Grey back over for shading. Bags, straps, and other miscellaneous little tidbits were done with P3 Bloodtracker Brown, the wood on the rifle was Vallejo Beige Brown (I think, the ink on the label is pretty worn out for some reason), boots were P3 Thalmar Black, and Vallejo Gunmetal was used for the entrenching tools (the little shovel they have) and the metallic parts of the rifle.

There's a painting guide for Panzergrenadiers in Grey Wolf if you haven't already looked at that, but don't be afraid to substitute different colours if you think it will look better to you.
