Is there a model for this? Or do you just use a basic drop-pod?

If I remember correctly, isn't the Lucius Patter designed to drop Dreadnoughts? If so, this ( http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Warhammer-40000/Space_Marines/Space-Marine-Support/DREADNOUGHT-DROP-POD.html) is the model for it

All Drop pods drop dreadnoughts as well as up to 10 marines.
Lucuis pattern is built with an Assault Ramp, for deep-strike assaults.

AFAIK the Lucious Pod has only 3 flaps instead of 5.

That pod and dread are painted with SW colors and iconography. Yet we can't get the Lucius Pattern.

The Lucius is an assault vehicle and I think it's bigger as well. So if you want to count a standard pod as one check with your opponent.
If, on the other hand, you don't intend to use the special rules you can still take a normal pod, as it says in the Codex. I find a regular pod without the harnesses or central console added looks the part for a Dread-pod.

And if you leave the console and harnesses out of a normal pod, you have the added bonus of not having to assemble and paint them!

Lucius Drop pods are significantly wider than normal drop pods. Im not even sure you could fit a dred in a normal pod if you triefd.

Very true, in fact now you mention that I think all my drop pods might be "dreadnought-pattern" from now on...

This is what I thought. The lucius patter was widened, and had all the harnesses and things taken out from the inside (so it's pretty much a giant, empty metal pod) so you could fit the dread. Anything else that tries to land in one will die from impact (because, no harnesses).
And if you had used a standard pod and said it was a lucius pattern one I don't think I would have known nor cared, but you might want to check before doing so...

Actually, you can. Its a Forge World unit is all. I think the original rules are in IA2, but there was a rule update. Its something like 65 points and eats up a Fast Attack slot in regular 40k if I recall correctly. I only ever use it so I can give Bjorn the Fell-Handed a Drop Pod.

Alright then. On a side note, am I the only one who would never throw Bjorn in a Drop Pod even if I could?

No guts no glory!
Seriously though, for the specific list I use Bjorn in (the only one I use Bjorn in) it was a more "I have to to make this list work" kind of thing. I was doing a null-deployment with SW and IG. The CCS could be the only unit that didn't "require" starting in reserve if I wanted it to work. I was having fun with Bjorn being my Warlord at the time (and the only time that can happen is if he's your only HQ choice in your Primary Detachment).
Sure, there were a few games where Bjorn cost me First Blood and Warlord VPs, and even the rarer handful where he cost me D3 extra VP, but things worked out a surprising number of times. All the Grey Hunters and Al'Raheim's rather large platoon usually helped me grab enough objectives and Linebreaker to keep me in the game.
Getting that Heavy Flamer and Plasma Cannon right about where you wanted it (gotta love his BS) and then charging into an assault if anything was still alive would usually keep you alive for at least one turn. And in the games where he counted as scoring thanks to his Warlord Trait, boyo is that amusing.
Completely not worth the risk in a tournament, but quite a lot of fun!

There is also one other downside of the Lucius.
You have to make a difficult terrain test if you attempt to assault out of the Drop Pod on the same turn it arrives.
Of course this is completely negated by the Ironclad...but the rest have to make the test if I'm not mistaken :-)
I typically use this to deliver a Melta Dread or Melta Contemptor in Apoc games and games against opponents that smell like cheddar and don't mind if I bring IA.
