Are there many folks on here from the Niagara region (Canadian side, sorry Buffalo).

With Miniwargaming closing its doors it seems like there are very limited options, and I don't feel like commuting to Hamilton or Toronto to get a game.

Currently I am playing 40K, some Battletech on the side, and have done some Pulp City. I game at Phoenix Rising in St. Catharines, but the 40k crowd is small (it seems).

So whos out there and where do you game?

Actually we do plan on continuing to run the club once the studio is finished. We're hoping to run it at least one evening a week, plus Saturdays.

Plus you could always challenge the guys at MWG to a batrep, as long as you're willing to be on camera!!!

I could but two things:
1 - I am still relatively new to 40k
2 - I just want a pick up game every week or 2 weeks. I assume you have to schedule with MWG and even then its not a regular occurrence.

Being relatively new doesn't matter. Have you not watched any of Dave's batreps? :p
Also I believe they may be re-opening the club, tho no promises, so watch the site for updates.

Hey there is also Pheonix Rising in St. Catherines they only really have tabletop on saturdays though.
