If you got plasma in your sperm, I'd see a doctor
I'm not conflating the two; though that doesn't make your advice unsound.

Holy smokes I was not expecting this many replies. I needed a good laugh today guys, thank you.
Randomly answering things since if I multiquote this post will take up half a page.
1. What is mystery shopping? Knowing my area, it would be buying materials to make meth all the time
2. Didn't think about the plasma bit. I hate needles, but right now I like cash more. Only problem is I'm a smaller guy, I doubt I've got that much extra plasma laying around.
3. The world isn't ready for a whole new generation of Mr.Moustaffas, I'm the hero they need, but not the one they deserve.
4. Cutting grass ain't a bad idea, only problem I have is that I live way outside Lexington (takes me over half an hour to hit the edge of the city) but hey, I have a van now, I can fit all the mowing stuff I'd need in it easily.
5. I know a guy who works a newspaper route, he puts an inhumane amount of work in for a measly profit. Maybe it's just my local place though, I'll check and see if other towns are better.
6. Had no idea about clothes flipping. I've done it myself with instruments a couple of times, but it's very much a buyer's market right now, so margins are slim. I know some guys here do it for mini's as well, so I doubt I could compete with those. Now I just need to learn about clothes... which might be hard since all I ever wear are the cheapest blue jeans I can find and rock band shirts.
7. Can't sell van, I need it for the job I already have (If you've seen the movie Hesher, it looks exactly like that). Already working on getting a second job as well.
8. Good idea on general contractors, I'm a small guy but maybe I can convince them to give me a try.
9. The ladies of the world are not ready for the glory of me jell-O wrestling

Collect cans like the homeless do, it's starting to get nice out, offer to mow people's lawns.
Find a upper-middle class neighborhood with aging families who's kids are going to college or have moved out. I found I was able to make $20 per lawn per week from people with fairly small lawns just because they really, really didn't want to mow.

Mystery shopping or a mystery consumer is a tool used externally by market research companies, watchdog organizations, or internally by companies themselves to measure quality of service, or compliance with regulation, or to gather specific information about products and services. The mystery consumer's specific identity and purpose is generally not known by the establishment being evaluated. Mystery shoppers perform specific tasks such as purchasing a product, asking questions, registering complaints or behaving in a certain way, and then provide detailed reports or feedback about their experiences.
KnowledgeTRAK provides the facility to compare different mystery shopping phases or ‘waves’, thus allowing the clients to identify improvements in the customer service experience immediately.
Mystery shopping was standard practice by the early 1940s as a way to measure employee integrity. Tools used for mystery shopping assessments range from simple questionnaires to complete audio and video recordings. Mystery shopping can be used in any industry, with the most common venues being retail stores, hotels, movie theaters, restaurants, fast food chains, banks, gas stations, car dealerships, apartments, health clubs and health care facilities. Since 2010, mystery shopping has become abundant in the medical tourism industry, with healthcare providers and medical facilities using the tool to assess and improve the customer service experience.[1] In the UK mystery shopping is increasingly used to provide feedback on customer services provided by local authorities, and other non-profit organizations such as housing associations and churches.

Cutting grass... we have gak ton of grass in some parts of the states... it's not always a fun outdoor task to cut grass... ergo, some folks rather pay someone else to cut their grass.

If you're able to get away with doing that while mowing the lawn you either have some kickass neighbors or you live on a pretty big patch of land.
I'm doubly impressed if people are paying you to do that.

I'm not sure about the US, but if you 'cut your neighbour's grass' in Australia, you are having sex with his wife/girlfriend. It was a crude joke based on slang that may not have translated across the internet.

Bartending and barbacking if you are old enough. You can learn a skill. If you are a good looking guy just go work at a gay bar, they will hire you, you don't need to know how to make a drink, they will teach you. The bartenders that I know who work at gay bars make more money than the hottest girls I know working at straight bars.
You have a van, go deliver stuff or help people move.

I thought you needed a bartender license to work a bar in America? I don't think they'll let you just walk up and get a job.

Regarding licensing for tending bar, it depends on the state. If I recall correctly, very few states actually do require such a license.
As far as gay bars go, if you're going to bartend, that's where you want to be. My (straight) buddy tends bar at a gay club in town and he rakes in more money on weekends than most people make in a 40 hour week.

Bartenders license Maybe in Vegas. Most bartenders start in small bars just because the know people. It's more about personality than skill. I can train anyone to make drinks, I can't train everybody to interact with customers or have good personalities. You can also start as a barback. Don't go to bartending school, its a waste of money, unless you just want to learn how to make drinks for your own knowledge.
We have guest bartender nights, where I pair an unknown with my staff. Sometimes these people don't know how to make a Jack and coke, but they have lots of friends that drink and can bring in new clients. If you can bring me clients, I can teach you how to make drinks.

This is a fact!
Look if you are a good looking guy, they are eye raping you anyway, might as well get paid for it. For the most part in my experience of running bars and nightclubs, Gays are more polite, drink top shelf and tip REALLY well. Yeah sometimes they get out of hand, but so do straight customers, but again in my experience I'd much rather deal with an inappropriate princess vinnie than a drunk and angry frat guy any day. I'm sure my wife would be happier if my bars were only gay.

I might have to look into the local gay bars and see if they're hiring... I'm not hideous by any respect, and I could use the cash in a slightly more fun environment then working for the security company.

If you want a career, most railroads are hiring as all the baby boomers are retiring. We make the best blue collar wages in the country, The Union Pacific engineers make around 90k, Canadian National railway engineers(In the US) make 110k. I'm railroad management so I don't make that much but if you live in kansas city or in a straight line south from there I might be able to get you a job. Its a career though, not a second part time job.
No degree needed. There are Railroad schools you can attend but they're a laughing stock, we purposefully don't hire people from them because they're always cock-sure and get themselves hurt. All class-1 railroads have their own train (lol pun) training programs that if you are hired you'll attend. For instance, in the KCS we send you to Shreveport, LA for 2 weeks of classroom, you have 1 month of OJT and another 2 weeks classroom and then your a full blown conductor. Hours CAN be pretty terrible until you build up seniority, 12 on 10 off are the hours required by law, but until you get the seniority to "Hold" a specific rout or job# your on a rotating jobs board, so when they need someone they pick the guy at the top of the list and then he gets placed at the bottom of the list...rinse wash and repeat. Its sucks because it takes a few years to build the seniority to hold down a job so you get regular hours, but the plus side is your doing something different every day.
Living conditions? You make amazing money...alot of railroaders have relationship problems when they start out because the hours are real rough until once again...you get the seniority to hold down a job.

Well, the last one is kinda a last resort. But paid medical testing trials is very viable; that's how Robert Rodriguez was able to put together enough money to make El Mariachi.

You could combine it with the gay bar work too.
Sort of a win double if you will.
Define "win"
Also, bartending is starting to sound pretty good. Lexington has a ton of bars so I'm sure one is hiring.
The train thing is starting to sound cool too. I'll have to pm you for more details tonight when I get home.
