So after play testing this list today vs another chaos player and some eldar I like it, but any advice is always welcome

Everyone is going to tell you to drop defiler, but I think you should keep it since it gives you close combat threat and long range pie plates.

I'd cut a couple of Plague Marines from each squad so you can afford a rhino.
Maybe even cut a zombie squad to see if you can afford 3 squads of 7 in rhinos.

I just feel that you would be better served with another unit of Plague Marines rather than two 25 deep zombie units. I also, agree that you should try to get your PM in rhinos; the mobility is great and you have little concern of transport exploding. Think about dtiching the Helbrute and finding points for a MoN Obliterator unit as well.

Well biggest issue is I don't own any rhinos, #2 I have really liked what the 2 25 man zombie squads have done for me so far we'll see what happens in a few more games.

A rhino would be something excellent to invest in. They get your trips up the field quick and protect vital units like plague M&marines, khorne berzerkers, and chosen. I swear by running at least two rhinos.

Plus, you can give Rhinos the wargear that denies overwatch. If you can get one of them close enough to tau, it greatly increases your chances of getting in assault with the commies

 Implying Rhino's survive past turn 1 anymore. Especially at 1850 points.

I think you're missing the fact that it gets your plague marines up the field 18" in the movement phase turn one. And you start usually with a 12 inch deployment bubble. That's 30 inches the first turn. And if they blow up your rhino that means your plague marines were protected.
