If you have a wolf tail talisman in a unit with a psyker bearing a psychic hood, do you get 2 separate rolls against enemy psychic powers?

example i have an allied librarian in a unit with a wolf lord w/wolf tail talisman and the unit gets targetted by an enemy psyker. Do i first roll the deny the witch and if that fails I get another 5+ roll from the WTT?

Kind of like a feel no pain roll against psychic powers.

1. Tyranids - 15,000 pts
2. Chaos Space Marines - 7,100 pts
3. Space Marines - 6,000 pts

Its very similar to a Saving Throw, you only get to roll once but you get the best of whats available. In this situation you're better off spitting off the Libby to go give better psychic protection to a unit that only has the default 6+ DTW roll.
