Pair a Dice's Warhammer night is on Mondays. That's where I play 99% of the time. There's a couple regulars there every week, some guys start around noon, official per the store calendar it doesn't start until 4:30. I think most guys are there between 4-5. Send me a
At Ease Games in Poway also does warhammer, but not sure what nights. I think they have a league on Wednesdays. I've never played there or been in, but my buddy has been in to make a purchase and said it was nice.
In Temecula there is Thou Shalt Game. Not sure when their Warhammer night is, if they have one. I've only played a tournament there once.
Also a GW store just opened up on Caramel Mt Road: https://www.facebook.com/GWPlazaPenasquitos?fref=ts I haven't been yet but the look busy with some open nights for gaming according to their facebook page.
Any questions just send me a PM.

I know this is a pretty late reply. But i'm new to the forum/starting up 40k again. I live close to the GW store in Rancho Penasquitos and have been to At Ease Games.
They are both good stores. GW is nice but it's very small. They only have 3 tables and very limited terrain. The manager is a pretty chill guy and sometimes comes up with cool campaign ideas.
At Ease in Poway, is A LOT bigger and has people there across many idfferent wargames. I like to go there to chill as their environment is pretty relaxing and fun.
If you want to play let me know, i'm a bit new but still looking to play with people.

Same here Thorn678! I used to play many years ago and have lately been getting back into the modeling and painting, but not playing yet. I've been going to the GW in Rancho Penasquitos occasionally for a while now because I like the manager. Have you been to any of the other FLGSs?

I really like Mike the GW manager and the GW store is okay. It's really small and all of the leagues they have costs a decent amount of money in models and other stuff just to be in but they make it pretty exciting. They also barely have any terrain (which i don't like).
There is also At Ease Games in Poway, I really like that store as it's much bigger more terrain and there are always more people there. But the store is a general wargaming store. There is actually a bigger crowd for Warmachines than any GW games. The staff there are really friendly and people just hang out there and help.
Both stores are really good, just depends on which crowd you like better. I go to the GW store more often just because it's down the street from me.
If you guys want to play, let me know (send me a PM). i am a begginer tyranid player still leanring the rules.

At Ease Games in Poway has 40K night on Thursdays. That is the league night but you can always grab a pick up game. Good mix of players and regulars. Lots of terrain and inventive missions during league. There are some newer players as well so if you have not played in 6th ed yet you can all learn together. They are also open till 10pm so you can easily get a full game in after work as apposed to the GW thats only open till 7.

He forgot to mention that league games start around 6 pm, which is perfect for those of us who work for a living.
However, some people do show up earlier to hang out/ get some more games in on Thursday nights, so don't be afraid to pop in early!

Hi. I just moved to the San Diego and am looking for a few people to get some games in with. Pretty laid back gamer. Experienced but not at all WAAC. Love using themed armies, and having entertaining, balanced games. Kind of a newbie on Dakkadakka but if anyone has a good solid core of gamers that has room for.one.more please let me know.
