That leaves me with 51pts left. I would like to get another Obliterator or maybe another Predator.

Here's my basic plan. Using Hurons infiltrate powers I deploy the Terminators and the 3 Obliderators in a position to ambush key support units then run around merrily tearing up objestive holding units.
Huron, Chosen, First TAC SQD and the Preditor go forward and break there line.
The 2 and 3 CSM squads hold objectives and support the assalt with LC fire
One of the squads will be in the Aegis line.

I'd drop all the rhino's since you'r bringing huron anyway. Use those points and your extra points for more obliterators.

Maybe drop the defence line as you got drakes to deal with flyers and take Arihiman instead. He can put out lots of dakka with your oblits and help buff them with biomancy powers

altenatively remove preditor and add a vidicator to deal with hordes and heavy armor

Vindicators have a short range of 24" they are very vulnerable to long range fire.

Vindicator deploys 12" moves 6" and shoots 24". They have a 42" threat range and front armor 13. They aren't that vulnerable. I see this list doing ok but not winning any tourneys. Csm termies are sub par and chosen are way too expensive. I see this unit trying to accomplish too much with less than excellent units. Get plague marines, add more oblits. Try some cultists.

Drop chosen squad.

Increase termi squad, get combi melta in addition to plasma or go full plasma.

People will tell you a lc on a 10 man csm squad is a waste so I suggest replacing 1 squad to a 20 man cultist squad to hold obj & use left over pts to upgrade the other csm squad with melta guns + rhino.
