Alright on a serious note. Me and the were trying to think up a name for the dog. I am trying to pull a famous name from the 40k universe as I like most of the names. She wants a more conventional name. Managed to get her liking Leman and/or Russ. Though she isnt quite sold yet. Anyone got any good ideas on some names out there? I am all ears. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer. I seriously dont want another baxter or a name for a dog that when I call for him 7 dogs come running up.

His heel command would then be "Reload".

Thus:

Target! Lock! *bark bark bark bark bark!!!!* FIRE!!! *attacks home invader*

RELOAD! *bark bark bark bark!!!!* FIRE!!!! *attacks home invader once more.

Repeat until cops arrive or home invader is dead.

Duke is always a good name, but kind of incidental to it being a 40k name.

However Russ is still a pretty good sounding dog name.

I am fighting for Russ but the only person more stubborn then me is my wife. She at least likes Logan. Might be fighting a losing battle here against the forces of chaos. Will keep you all posted. I agree with the General. It MUST be Dakka! She must now before the will of the interwebz....or just tell her it's German.

After a long hard battle the wife finally gave in. The dog shall be known as RUSS! Thanks for the reinforcement in the thread. I showed her the messages to get support. Ha ha!
