I'm trying to buy the treewoman model and its out of stock everywhere except for a few international sellers for roughly $85. I am hoping someone knows if they are out of business again or if they are just behind on products?

This is a bit complicated:
Ultraforge was founded by a couple doing all the sculpts. For some reason, they sold the company. (The new Ultraforge made a new Daemon, the old owner as well for a new founded company, but that is another story). The miniatures are available through the distributor eminiatures IIRC, so every store with access to this distributor can get them.

Spikey Bits has some of their range in stock, but not the tree woman :( If he ever does restock though it's much cheaper than $85

Oddly the plague daemon they were told to stop producing seems to have started popping up again at various places as of a few months back. Half wonder if that's something to do with the new owner not knowing about the fact they were meant to stop producing it. It's such a shame they sold the company all of their figures were fantastic and the new guys daemon prince just looks like an amateurish conversion, so much for the initial excitement of them being 'back'.

It is a great figure - I am seriously thinking about getting a second one for use as a display piece - my original one is showing wear from play.
The fit on the pieces is superb - damned near impossible to find the join.
I really hope that they are still around.

If you need an international webstore still having them in stock, PM me. But as said, many US stores should be able to order them for you.

I really ought to order a Pleasuredaemon one day before they go out of stock.

And the phone number is 1-666-SUC-U-BUS! That's 1-666-SUC-U-BUS!
Adults over 18 only. 66.66 per minute, other fees may apply.
The Auld Grump - for the record - the Pleasure Daemon is also a nice figure - the one I painted is in a Slaaneshi Chaos Daemons army, as are the Raging Heroes Praying Mantis warriors.
