Just a few questions I have.


1. The damsels magic resistence,,,does that add to a units ward save,,,,,example knights 5+ would drop to 4 or 3 depending if its a damsel or prophetess,,,,,Ive read it does,but can not find it in the rules.

2. What exactly is the purpose of a grail relique,I just do not get it,,,,does it basically give you a stubborn unit of peasants?

3, mounted yeoman,,,what do you use them for?

1. Look under Magic resistance rules on page 72, it says there.

2. Basically, there isn't an incredible amount of use to it. Peasants are nearly always better.

3. Redirectors to hold off enemy charges, or so you can counter charge next turn. I.e Speed bumps.

Fast cav like yeomen can also go hunting for war machines or lone wizards.

Thanks for pointing out the page for the magic resistence,,,,had a game where it was rather hotly debated that the damsels didnt do that,and I couldn't point out the rule,,,do not have the BRB,,,I have the minibrb and was thinking the rule was listed in the bret book,didnt even think to look elsewhere,,,duh!

almost half tempted to run some mounted yoeman,,after getting a box of perry brothers figs but then no idea what I would drop,,le sigh dang points limits.

1. Like all MR, it adds to the ward save against spells that allow ward saves.

2. It has no purpose really. Steadfast makes a 30 strong unit of stubborn peasants pointless, at least at the points of the thing.

3. The only other fast cavalry in the book cost 55 points each. Admittedly, they are awesome, but at low points the yeomen are cheaper for the same utility.
