So the other day I shot Eudoros with a viral sniper rifle, and actually managed to hit him despite his ODDs. Now Viral ammo goes against BTS and his is -6 so he makes like an Arm roll but using his BTS as a positive modifier right? So d20+6. Now my question is, if he's in cover does he still get the +3? Or no because that's ARM and he's rolling BTS?

Cover rules are applied as usual to Viral Ammunition attacks.
