hey guys wondered if you can help me im new to flames of war and have written a army list based around michale wittmann
any pointers or surgestions are welcome im looking to have a good list but im not that fussed about comps or win ability
i love tiger tanks so seemed right thanks

I think you'll find the book has been superseded by earth and steel (and that soon will be replaced by Atlantic wall).

I can see what you're trying to do, but even at that points level you could face say 6 British fireflies and they would ruin you

Nice list but you may want some Arty,

In Earth and Steel that list is 1740 so not much different.

Scwhere Panzer lists are always very tight on points, if you want arty you will need to drop the AA (air is quite hit and miss anyway). You can afford 4 15cm Nebelwerfers if you do this.

The other option (in my opinion a better option) is to take a Heer list. Not as shiney but it will play better on the table.

HQ - 1 Tiger

Combat platoon 1 - 2 Tiger

Combat platoon 2 - 2 Tiger

Anti-aircraft Platoon - 2 armoured Sd Kfz 7/1

Schwere Panzer Scout Platoon - 2 teams

Motorised Panzergrenadier Platoon - full with Pzrfaust

Rocket Launcher Battery - 3 15cm nebs with PaK 38

Luftwaffe Anti-aircraft Assault Platoon - 2 FlaK 36s with extra crew

1750 exactly.

This list has everything, even recce, although some elements are very fragile but at least you can deploy in depth and have some platoons that you won't mind leaving off the board in reserve.
