Yes, it is historically inaccurate, but i will be using it to fight a British army.

Panzergrenadier company:

HQ no adds

3 squads of Panzergrenadier with panzerknacker
3 squads of Panzergrenadier with panzerknacker
3 squads of Panzergrenadier with panzerknacker
3 squads of Panzergrenadier with panzerknacker

2 Luftwaffe flak 36 8.8 with trucks

4 light 12 cm sgw43 mortar teams

4 leFH18 artillery

4 heavy artillery, sfh18

4 marder 3 m w/ pak 40

3 pak 40 gun teams

Any thoughts? The only thing I feel I am missing is some more anti aircraft, i could use a squad of sdkfz with 2cm aa guns on them, but I would have to reorganize the list to find the 90ish points they would cost me.

Also, can any observer team be an observer for any artillery/mortar platoon?

Victory is not the most important outcome. Enjoyment and excitement is the best outcome, victory is sweeter when it was fun.

I'd just drop the flak 36's and get a trio of AA halftracks in whatever flavour; I prefer 3.7cm.
Otherwise the list is cool. You've got a lot of options for smoke and suppression.

From memory, any spotter team can spot for any barraging platoon so long as that platoon has a staff team, and so does the platoon that the spotter belongs to.
Basically if the mortars don't have a staff team then other platoons' observers can't observe for them.

I'd look for some nebs for some cheap smoke, personally i don't find german artillery all that effective

Good to know, helps me with reorganizing the list. Thinking of dropping the mortar team, they cost a pretty penny anyways. Then add in a couple items, 3 sdkfz half tracks with aa guns, then maybe a couple stuGs or something a little more mobile than what I have. I feel the one weakness i have is mobility.

Also, no way I am dropping the flak 36, they are always my most effective weapon.

True they are effective, but worth running alongside 4 marders and 3 pak40's? Probably not.
