Plan, okay my plan is as follows, put the bastion down and put a squad of Fangs uptop to help deal with LOS and Flyers (quadgun). the 4 razorbacks are to help deal with light and heavy tanks. the other 2 squads of long fangs are to help deal with horde and MEQ guys. The bike unit is going to go up the middle and try to Jaws/assault something to kill it. The second runepriest is to give twin-link to a long fang squad with the primaris power for divation. Allowing the missles of one squad to be twin-linked. so any idea's on how to make this list better/improve it. I have plenty of time and money to go and buy other modles with in reason.

first you know that this lost is for 5th end but ok. change the bastion with an aegis so that for some turns your razorback have cover.if I was your enemy I would first take out your bikes and then anything else so cut a razorback and take a vidicator for a bait I instead of your bikes .also the melts job of your bikes can be done but 4 combimelta WG in a brop pod .I will post you today the list that works better with your stuff

Ive been working with wolves bikes myself and am trying to find a good build for them, your rune priest that leads the bikes, is he using codex or brb powers like divination to twinlink the bikes to hit rolls?
Also I would agree that the aegis defense line would be better, that way all your long fangs can get cover and so will your razor backs. Those 5 man hunter units will die pretty quickly once the transport blows up.

I'm going to argue with the other two and say that the Bastion is a fine choice over the ADL for the Long Fangs. It all depends on how you assembled it. The Fire Points are "as model". It is possible and 100% legal to have enough fire points for 6 models to fire out from inside the bunker (remember! 2 models can fire per Fire Point!) and you can put a second unit on the roof.
Elevated position, at least half the Long Fangs (well, when I take 'em) are protected from Heldrakes... It's a solid buy for only 25 points more. But to each their own. An ADL won't hurt either.
For the rest of the list:
1) Master of Runes is a massive waste of points. Here's why:
a) You use Codex Powers, most of which are shooting, and you can only shoot once per round.
b) You use BRB Powers, and you can't use the same power twice in a turn due to the Psyker rules.
c) BRB Powers are random, so you have a good chance of not getting things you can use every round (and be useful) outside the Primaris Power
d) You have 2 wounds, this is your Warlord, and Perils is a real threat.
e) There is a reason that a Librarian is costing 6E Space Marines 65 points, and bumped up to 100 points if you make it Psyker Mastery Level 2. Don't pay 150 points for that... It is just not worth it.
2) Expect to give up First Blood. You need to be able to deal with losing that secondary objective on a regular basis since you are taking a lot of light armor.
3) Grey Hunters need a Flamer minimally. Its free, and Flamers are massively useful in 6E for a lot of reasons (ignores cover so ADLs are less useful, Wall of Death). Never not take free things when they are good/useful.
4) The Power Fist is a waste on the Swiftclaw's. Take the Power Axe instead. You already have Krak Grenades and Meltabombs for dealing with hard targets, so its all about killing Infantry really. The Axe will do better on a Swiftclaw against the targets you want them hitting in close combat or are likely to hit in close combat, just due to the extra attack.
5) Expect to be disappointed with the single Vindicator. It may be AV 13 on the front, but its got big sides and many armies have a lot of mobile anti-tank. Hell, it'll probably be what gives up First Blood in the first place.

Bastion doesnt protect you from a hellbrake and fit only 2 units so the 3rd Ld will be uncovered and the the poiint of the adl is to give cover to the razorbacks

No such thing as a rune axe, The runic weapon denies psykers on a 4+ and also has the special rule to wound daemons on a 2+ therefore is a unusual power weapon following the rules on pg 61 at the top. So it strikes at base strength, base initiative and is ap3. It also uses its rules for denying psychic tests on 4+ and wounding on 2+ for daemons.
Now whats your strategy with this list? I ask because if you have nothing else moving up fast then the bikes will die. you wont be able to help it and you will probably drop them after a couple games because they will surely die every game.
Your vindicator has a short range and unless you start it far up it mostlikely wont be firing turn 1.
Your razorbacks are only putting out 4 lascannon shots on turn one
Your log fangs are really going to have to hope they can do work.
This also means if theres night fight you might not be doing much turn 1 which also allows your opponent to better set up an attack on your bikes.
I would only suggest bike squads if you have something else that moves up fast that can distract your your fire, drop pods or TWC would compliment them well.

Its not what you should drop but how you should switch your list around but what your list should have. I would maybe try to include some TWC or some grey hunter squads in drop pods.
You have nothing else that is advancing up with these bikes, just take a moment and think where the majority of your opponents fire will go, and thats more likely if theres night fight.

I was under the impression that any unit "embarked" inside the Bastion could not be targeted by a Torrent. Looks like I was mistaken! Baleflamer is a Template weapon and Template weapons hit D6 times. Good to know. I hadn't taken a Bastion as of yet since I'ev replaced my Long Fangs with IG since 6E came out.

I like it, you have some long range fire support to really make an impact on your opponent. Then you have the bikes for hit and run tactics that should take fire off your twc, so they should make into your opponents lines pretty well.
I would only suggest adding the attack bike with a MM as your bikes will be able to hit armor more effectively, possibly blowing transports up then being able to assault the contents. BUT your already at max points and there really isnt anything I would switch up, Maybe drop a TWC model for it but thats very questionable and up to you.
