Hey guys so I have been apart of Dakka for a while and have been pretty active on the site and have noticed my rank go up. I did change it from the standard rank system

I was wondering how exactly it worked. Does your rank increase every 50 posts or something?

I like the idea of the rank system because idk its just a cool idea but I still don't know how it works.

Every track has a different number of ranks and required posts for each one - there's no fixed number, and there is a ruling in the OT forum that there is, and can be, no chart for it to maintain the mysteriousness.

seriously, just post and you'll see what ranks there are.

Just don't spam to try to race through them.

It's faster at lower levels then starts to slow.

Solo- I have never seen a rule like that on here so that's why I asked if I saw it I wouldn't have asked :p haha

Over in nuts and bolts subforum, there is a sticky thread for suggesting new tracks. The first post pretty much lays out the rules and states that the exact numbers are determined by Yakface after several weeks of intense concentration and interpretive dance by mods in the official DakkaDakka Cyanoacrylate Sweat Lodge.
