If a farseer with Battlefocus joins a Dark Eldar unit, is the entire unit able to benefit from Battle Focus?

Only a unit entirely composed of models with Battle Focus can benefit.

This. Not only do the Dark Eldar not benefit - the Farseer would no longer benefit either!!

Somewhat related... but the psyker would keep it if they were in a squad of Wraith-things and cast Voice of Twilight on them, right?

Having not seen the Iyanden book yet, so only going by what I've heard about the ability giving the unit Battle Focus... yes. Nothing in the existing Battle Focus rule specifies a timing to check for the rule, so you check when you go to use it.
