Front-line.

From what I can tell Cegorach (Eldar), Mephet'ran; the Deceiver and Chaos Tzeentch are all pretty much twisted entities that use subterfuge and deception to alter the faith of others...

Who do you think is doing the best job? And out of the three, do you see any clear-cut winner in terms of outsmarting the competition best.

And on a side-note, do you think Deception is something the Imperium is not utilizing to the best of their abilities like the other races? There's the Callidus Assassins that come close using deceit. But maybe some Human Psykers could be made to do a better job.

I hope to hear your guys' opinions on the matter.

Cegorach is basically the troll out of the 3. He's just doing it because he likes trolling everyone, especially Slannesh. He's the Laughing God. I imagine him being like Sheogorath, just slightly more sane.

The Deceiver does what he does to advance his agenda.

Tzeentch uses his deception as a goal in and of itself, similar to Cegorach except its not his only deal. Tzeentch likes twisting schemes, deception, and overall mindfethery. The means is an end in itself, there is no eventual goal Tzeentch has. Just eternal scheming and plotting.

Self-proclaimed evil Cat-person. Dues Ex Felines

Cato Sicarius, after force feeding Captain Ventris a copy of the Codex Astartes for having the audacity to play Deathwatch, chokes to death on his own D-baggery after finding Calgar assembling his new Eldar army.

Well, Tzeentch and Cegorach aren't broken into hundreds of pieces, so they have that over Deceiver.

Hard to say, for all Tzeentch is the god of scheming and general planning, none of his plans actually get anywhere. He's just as likely to bugger himself over as his enemies by making a completely over-elaborate deathtrap of a plan with conspiracies stacked on conspiracies, just because it's what he does.

I see him as the "James Bond Villain" of all of them.

Ah but because of that, the Deceiver can be a douche to multiple targets simultaneously. Like cockroaches or termites or dry rot. By far the more irritating and pain inducing.

Gods? There are no gods. Merely existences, obstacles to overcome.
