Basically trying to put down a good amount of av 14 with bikes riding around it proving support
Land raiders that reroll every thing seems very strong and with proper positioning all my armor 14 should have a 4++ at least for the first couple of turns (Sammy has his own and the LRCs would get it from each being within 3" of the Libby which is also good as they need to be within 6" of each other to benefit from the Dakka banner inside of one of them).
The tact squad will just be general support probably staying inside one land raider early on and grabbing some late game objectives (even if combat squads).
If the land raider with the Dakka banner gets destroyed I'd likely try to get the command squad into the other Land raider ASAP.

Thoughts? I know triple dragon would be a really bad match for me but I've just accepted that.

The land raiders with the command squad and tactical squad is a pretty large investment for a army with sammy and ravenwing. I would suggest taking a ravenwing command squad with the dakka banner and adding in some land speeders for anti-armor support.

If your still stuck on the idea of taking 2 land raiders - I would still take a ravenwing command squad and keep the dakka banner near the land raiders - but put x2 tacticals squads with the land raiders both loaded out with melta gun / multi-melta - giving you a large mobile anti-infantry threat (dakka banner) and some solid anti-tank.

If you go a ravenwing command squad also - drop the deathwing vech upgrade on the land raider .... its a huge investment (especially since they nerf'd the 4+ inv land raider loadout - while in the transport)

Personally, I think you're trying to keep one leg on each side of the fence. Dakka banners are amazing and can work very well in Ravenwing lists and Crusader lists; combining them though...I don't think it works as well in reality as it does on paper.

If going Ravenwing, cram as many bikes as possible.

If going Crusader, cram as many land raiders as possible with banner. You can fit 4 in 2k easy.

Any specific problems that come to mind? Or is two land raiders just not enough to make them worth while?

40k is a game that rewards spamming. All I'm saying is, choose either bikes Or land raiders and spam them. Trying to do both dilutes your potency.
